Brock University Students' Union As Web Content Coordinator I managed all content found on BUSU.net from 2006-2008. Working with a Content Management system, as well as several different ftp clients, I upload new material and update several sections on a daily basis. Initially, the navigation system was implemented in CSS using drop down menus. During the summer of 2007, in cooperation with the Marketing Division, a new navigation structure and design was conceived and implemented. The navigation was upgraded to a combination of two flash elements, and a reduced navigation listing though structured grouping and organizing of webpages. The new design was implemented with CS3 Adobe Illustrator and Flash. The pages are coded in a combination of CSS and XHTML, with embedded JavaScript and PHP functions such as form processing. |
